How Online Order Policy

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order before processing starts. Once processing begins, you cannot cancel the order.

Refund Policy

If you cancel your order and we approve the cancellation, we will refund the full amount within 10 working days.

Return Policy

  • Non-Food Items: Can be returned up to one week before their expiration date.
  • Food Items: Cannot be returned once delivered.

vote: Delivery charges of Rs. 250 to Rs. 3000 will be applicable/deducted in either case.
